1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using VaahanHQ (vaahanhq.com) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the platform. We may update these Terms from time to time and will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice.

2. Description of service

VaahanHQ is an ad-free car research platform that provides manufacturer-verified specifications, unbiased reviews, price comparisons, on-road price calculators, and a Deal Desk marketplace connecting car buyers with authorised dealers. The platform is available via web browsers on desktop and mobile devices.

3. User accounts

You may create a personal account (“User account”) or a dealer account (“Dealer account”). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your details up to date.

Dealer accounts require a valid dealership name and may require GSTIN verification. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any dealer account that provides false or misleading information.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use VaahanHQ for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair the platform. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: scraping or automated data extraction, impersonating another person or entity, submitting false reviews or misleading dealer bids, attempting to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems, and distributing malware or harmful code.

5. Content and intellectual property

All content on VaahanHQ including text, images, logos, design elements, and software is owned by VaahanHQ or its licensors and is protected by Indian copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

User-generated content such as reviews and ratings remains your intellectual property but by submitting it you grant VaahanHQ a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the platform.

6. Deal Desk marketplace

The Deal Desk connects car buyers with dealers. VaahanHQ acts solely as a marketplace facilitator and is not a party to any transaction between buyers and dealers. We do not guarantee the accuracy of dealer bids, delivery timelines, or vehicle availability. All transactions are between the buyer and the dealer directly.

Dealers are responsible for honouring the bids they submit through the Deal Desk. We reserve the right to remove or suspend dealers who repeatedly fail to honour their quoted prices or terms.

7. Pricing and information accuracy

We make every effort to ensure car specifications, prices, and other information on VaahanHQ are accurate and sourced from official manufacturer data. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free or current. Ex-showroom and on-road prices are estimates and may vary by location, dealer, and applicable taxes. Always confirm final pricing with the dealer before making a purchase decision.

8. Limitation of liability

VaahanHQ is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties express or implied including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

VaahanHQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VaahanHQ, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third party's rights.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that may harm the platform or its users. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately and we will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of VaahanHQ shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
